"Send away the tigers" es el octavo disco de Manic Street Preachers, banda galesa formada por James Dean Bradfield (voz y guitarra), Sean Moore (batería) y Nicky Wire (bajo) que comenzó a ganar el mainstream hacia fines de los '90 y tuvo que continuar como trío luego de la desaparición de Richey James, su guitarrista, cuyos motivos aún se desconocen.

Sus letras, que en un principio fueron de carácter nihilista, poético y reivindicativo, después de ese suceso comenzaron a caracterizarse por transmitir ideas de izquierda, marxistas, de alto contenido social.

Your love alone is not enough es el primer single de su última placa, en el cual participa Nina Persson, vocalista de The Cardigans y su letra rompe un poco con todas esas cuestiones para cantarle a un amor que se terminó.
